1986 Graduated from Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music (B.F.A.)
1988 Completed postgraduate studies at Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music (M.F.A)
1992 - 1995 Live and work in New York, USA 
2002 - 2003 Live and work in Germany, received grant from Ministry of Culture for the Arts in Japan, Study at Muthesius Art Academy, Germany
